Cashback Offers Policy

Abla Roastery's Cashback Policy

• Cashback only includes coffee products and sets.

• Cashback is not calculated for previous orders.

• Cashback is calculated on the value of the products excluding shipping and tax.

• The maximum cashback limit is 300 riyals.

The minimum amount to benefit from cashback is an order of 150 riyals or more.

• The customer receives cashback when using Mada payment methods and credit card (including Apple Pay) and does not include Tamara.

• When using wallet balance, it is not possible to combine the balance with the use of a discount coupon.

• The balance will appear in the customer's wallet upon delivery of the order to the customer, within a maximum period of two days.

• The validity period for using cashback is two months from the date of receiving the order.
